The Managing Director of the corporation Mr. Bhaskar Laxkar informed that The end-to-end solution regarding procurement is available in the portal developed. Through the dash board available on the portal, the supplier and the corporation can edit, supervise etc. their activities. The NIC portal mp tenders.in can be used to determine the rate of materials to be supplied through the corporation. It has been and all tenders are being invited on this portal. On the basis of the rate contract available on the portal, the purchasing department and the suppliers will be selected and issued a supply order to them. There is also a provision to modify the order issued. On the portal, the department can also observe the action taken in relation to the supply order issued by them. On the portal itself, a video and inspection certificate of the action taken in connection with the inspection can be uploaded on the portal by the supplier to the inspecting agency and after inspection by the inspecting agency. And the receipt by the purchasing department can also be uploaded on the portal. The corporation has tried to minimize human intervention by issuing all the processes online from issuing the supply order to the receipt of the material. In this way online transparent process has been ensured for the entire activity related to corporation procurement. He informed that the corporation is committed to digitization of its activities and by implementing e-office system by the corporation in this direction, the disposal of nasties is being done only through e-office.
