Shimla: The primary voter of Impartial India, Shyam Saran Negi died on Saturday morning on the age of 106 in his native place Kalpa. He had earlier voted for the thirty fourth time for the 14th Himachal Pradesh Meeting Elections by way of a postal poll at his residence. Chief Minister Jairam Thakur mourned the centenarian’s demise and mentioned that he was “saddened” by the information. Negi belonged to Kinnaur and will likely be cremated with full state honour, mentioned Deputy Commissioner, Kinnaur.
