Chief Minister Shri Chouhan held video conferencing with all districts Bhopal: Tuesday, May 19, 2020, 21:26 IST Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that the rules of lockdown-4 should be followed in all districts. Guide lines have been sent to all districts in this regard. Due to the discounts given in Lockdown-4, people will move out of homes in large numbers, so precautions are more necessary now. People should not have the mindset that the corona is over. Wearing masks, following physical distancing, ensuring no crowding anywhere, etc. Failure to do so can also be imposed. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the government is preparing to open fever clinics to make corona-related health facilities more easily available to the people. In this regard, all the collectors should prepare themselves and send information. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan was holding discussions with Commissioners, IGs, Collectors and Superintendents of Police through video conferencing from all divisions and districts of the state regarding the condition of corona and lockdown-4 in the ministry today. On this occasion, Health Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra, Chief Secretary Mr. Iqbal Singh Bains, DGP Mr. Vivek Johri, ACS Health Mr. Mohammad Suleman, Principal Secretary Home Shri S.N. Mishra, Principal Secretary Medical Education, Mr. Sanjay Shukla etc. were present. Fever Clinic in Har Mohalla Ward, ACS Health Mr. Suleman informed that the government is working on a plan to open a Fever Clinic in every Mohalla, ward, area. Fever clinics will be both government and private. Any person who sees symptoms of cold, cold, flu, etc. by visiting the fever clinic will be able to get his health tested. After checking his health in the Fever Clinic, he can be sent to Kovid Care Center etc. based on the symptoms. If required, samples can also be taken for the Kovid test. Free medical treatment of corona patients will continue in government and contracted hospitals. Seek permission from the government for relaxation or restriction. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan stated clearly that we have to stop the infection of corona. This is our first priority. Along with this, we also have to smooth economic activities. Therefore, every district should follow the guidelines of Lockdown-4 cent percent. If any special exemption or restriction is required according to the situation of the district, then discuss with your Crisis Management Group and send a proposal in this regard to the government and only after receiving approval, further action should be taken. From 7 am to 7 am, it should be ensured that no person leaves the house without performing urgent work. Spreading Criminal Negligence Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the persons who are home quarantined should follow the rules. Stay completely apart from home, do not contact any member. Keep complete physical distancing, otherwise the whole family is afraid of getting infected. Spreading the infection is criminal negligence. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan instructed that people should remain at home in the infected areas. Persons whose samples have been taken must be isolated. Make the people aware. The Chief Minister directed that people should be made aware in all the districts, so that they take all necessary precautions regarding Corona. Even a little carelessness can prove dangerous. Cooperation of social organizations, public representatives and every section of society should be taken in this task. Develop infrastructure of hospitals. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that all collectors should develop infrastructure of hospitals in their districts, which should have all medical arrangements and better Arrangement of treatment should be ensured. Arrangement of migrant laborers Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that all districts have made good arrangements for migrant laborers. Along with sending them to their homes, all arrangements for their food, snacks, health facilities etc. were made. Workers of other provinces are also being transported to the borders of the districts and all their arrangements are also being made. This work should be continued even further. Register of workers from outside: The Chief Minister directed that all collectors should register workers outside their districts. They are to be provided free ration. Along with getting their job cards made available to them under the MNREGA scheme through the Panchayats also. Planning for the urban poor, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the government is also taking full care of the urban poor. Urban women are being made masks. A scheme has also been chalked out for the urban poor, including street vendors. Only grains should be earned from farmers at the support price. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan directed that grains should be procured only from farmers at support price. All collectors should also pay special attention to this matter. If anyone other than farmers is found doing this, then his vehicle is seized and action should be taken against him. The collector should also see that the forest produce collection is smooth. Take only tuition fees. Private school The Chief Minister directed that in all districts, it should be ensured that private schools take only tuition fees from students. He said that according to the decision taken by the government, Madhya Pradesh Board will not have the tenth paper and the twelfth paper will be between June 8 and June 16. 3406 were done in 14 labs in the state and 702 in external labs. The Trauma Center of Ujjain has started functioning as a Kovid Hospital. 4 lakh 42 thousand laborers came. ACS Mr. ICP Keshari informed that 4 lakh 42 thousand laborers have returned from other states in the state. There are about 01 lakh 25 thousand more workers left now. 100 trains have come to Madhya Pradesh from different provinces, 25 more will come. Apart from this, around 1000 buses are coming everyday. Today there are about 200 buses on Sendhwa border. Principal Secretary informed that so far 94 lakh 50 thousand metric tonnes of wheat has been procured at the support price. Out of the total 19 lakh 47 thousand farmers registered, wheat has been purchased from 13 lakh 25 thousand farmers. Chana, 75 thousand MT of mustard. Purchase Principal Secretary Agriculture Shri Ajit Kesari informed that work of procurement of gram and mustard on support price is also going on. 75 thousand meters so far Tons of gram and mustard have been procured.
