New Delhi: The Madhya Pradesh authorities prolonged the ban on the motion of passenger buses to Maharashtra until July 28, PTI reported. As per an order issued by MP’s further transport commissioner Arvind Saxena on Wednesday (July 21), the ban was additional prolonged in view of the COVID-19 state of affairs. 
The sooner order issued was relevant until July 21. The MP authorities suspended the bus operations with Maharashtra in March this 12 months throughout the surge in coronavirus instances within the western state. The ban on buses with Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh has already been lifted by Madhya Pradesh. 
On Wednesday, Madhya Pradesh logged 15 contemporary coronavirus instances, which pushed the an infection tally to 7,91,704. With no new fatality, the demise toll within the state stood at 10,512, state well being division mentioned.

In the meantime, the Madhya Pradesh authorities on Thursday prolonged the five-day week system in all authorities places of work until October 31. 
“In view of the COVID-19 pandemic’s prevention and as a precautionary measure, all authorities places of work within the state may have five-day week functioning (Monday-Friday) until October 31,” the official was quoted as saying by the information company.
