US President Joe Biden on Thursday (native time) mentioned that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin is “looking for some oxygen” with the ceasefire order within the ongoing battle with Ukraine.
Biden’s assertion comes after Vladimir Putin directed the Russian Defence Sergey Shoigu to order a ceasefire in Ukraine from January 6 to January 7.
