New Delhi: The West Bengal authorities on Monday (July 19, 2021) wrote to the civil aviation ministry saying that every one passengers flying to the state, on each business and non-commercial flights, should produce both a certificates that reveals they’re absolutely vaccinated or a COVID-19 detrimental (RT-PCR) check report. 
Flyers want to supply proof of their full vaccination or a COVID-19 detrimental check report on the time of boarding and the RT-PCR check have to be carried out inside 72 hours of the departure of the flight.
