More than 1 lakh employment; PM Modi’s big gift for MP before elections, also a gift for Chhattisgarh

Before the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to give a big gift to the state. On Thursday, the PM will give gifts to Madhya Pradesh as well as Chhattisgarh. PM Modi will lay the foundation stone of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) refinery in Bina, MP. The project includes 10 new industrial projects across the state. The petrochemical complex, which is going to be built with an investment of Rs 49 thousand crore, will provide employment opportunities to more than one lakh people.

BPCL has said that this project will promote skill development in the area. About 15 thousand people will get employment during the construction phase itself. Once it is ready, more than one lakh direct and indirect employment opportunities will be created. The project will produce about 1200 KTPA (kilo-tonnes per annum) of ethylene and propylene, which is a vital component for various sectors like textiles, packaging, pharma. This will reduce the country’s dependence on imports.

During the ceremony, the Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of 10 other projects in Narmadapuram district, two IT parks in Indore district, one industrial park in Ratlam district and six new industrial areas across the state. These new industrial areas will be established in Shajapur, Guna, Mauganj, Agarmalwa, Narmadapuram and Maksi. State Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that PM Modi is giving the gift of investment of about Rs 2 lakh crore in Bina. This will increase the development of the area and create direct and indirect employment opportunities for lakhs of people.

After Madhya Pradesh, PM Modi will go to Raigarh in Chhattisgarh where he will launch railway projects worth Rs 6,350 crore. Will lay the foundation stone of health centers in 9 districts. Apart from this, one lakh ‘Sickle Cell Counseling Cards’ will also be distributed.

PM Modi wrote on Twitter on Wednesday about his visit, ‘Tomorrow is a very important day for my family members of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The Central Government is continuously working with commitment for the all-round development of both the states. In this context, tomorrow we will get the privilege of laying the foundation stone and inauguration of many big projects. This will open new doors of happiness and prosperity in the lives of the people living here.
