Assembly elections are to be held in Chhattisgarh later this year. All political parties have geared up for this election. In this sequence, Aam Aadmi Party convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal reached Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh along with Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann. Here, while addressing the gathering, Kejriwal fiercely attacked BJP.
Also, while referring to the alliance of opposition parties, Kejriwal said that 28 parties of the country together formed INDIA alliance. In such a situation, BJP people started talking about changing the name of India and started saying that they will not call India anymore. Is your father from India? India has 140 crore people. India, Bharat and Hindustan reside in our hearts. Which people will you remove India from their hearts? Kejriwal raised slogans of ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ in the public meeting. Taking aim at BJP, he said that till last year they used to run programs like Digital India, Make in India, Skill India etc. BJP used to run a program on India, but the opposition parties kept the name INDIA. These people started talking about changing the name.
He said that the people of Delhi were very sad earlier. Both the parties had made a mutual arrangement to remain in power for five years each. The people of Delhi made up their mind to disband both the parties. By removing both the parties, the people of Delhi gave a chance to the Aam Aadmi Party. We built schools for the people, built hospitals, arranged employment, made electricity free. Thanks to which we were given a chance thrice.
Arvind Kejriwal, while addressing a public meeting in Jagdalpur, fiercely targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During this, he paid tribute to the brave soldiers of the army who were martyred in the terrorist attack in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir by observing two minutes of silence.
