Tanzim Hasan Sakib Viral Post: Bangladesh cricket’s rising star Tanzim Hasan Shakib made a brilliant debut against India during the Asia Cup 2023 and won a lot of praise for his brilliant performance. However, difficulties are increasing for Tanzeem. The posts made by him about women on social media are going viral due to which he is being trolled a lot.

Tanzim Hasan’s recent fame, which hit the headlines by taking crucial wickets including that of Rohit Sharma and Tilak Verma in his debut match, has taken a disturbing turn as his past Facebook posts filled with derogatory comments towards women have resurfaced , Due to which there is anger against him on social media.

Tanzeem had made this anti-women post

In a post Tanzeem Hasan Saqib had made on Facebook last year, he had written that “If the wife works, the rights of the husband are not ensured. If the wife works, the rights of the child are not ensured. If the wife works, her beauty gets spoiled. If the wife works, the family is ruined. If the wife works, the family is ruined.” The veil is ruined. If the wife works, the society is ruined.”

Women demanded from Bangladesh Cricket Board

Many women on social media raised questions over such derogatory posts, especially when women are a major force in the garment factories that produce Bangladesh team jerseys. The BCB is reportedly looking into the matter and they will probably make a statement at the appropriate time. The women, however, have demanded immediate action.

After his memorable debut during the Asia Cup which saw him dismiss Indian captain Rohit Sharma, the fast bowler may face heavy consequences for his social media comments.
