ICC Women’s ODI Ranking: Indian women’s cricket team captain Harmanpreet Kaur and vice-captain Smriti Mandhana have made big leaps in the Women’s ODI Rankings released by the ICC on Tuesday, September 19. Both climbed one place each in the women’s ODI rankings.
Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur jump in ODI rankings
In the latest ODI rankings ahead of the upcoming 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, Smriti Mandhana has moved up to fourth position with a rating of 708, while Harmanpreet Kaur has moved up to the sixth position with a rating of 694. The duo were last seen during the three-match ODI series in Bangladesh. In the series, Mandhana and Kaur scored 106 and 71 runs respectively with one half-century each.
Similarly, Shefali Verma improved two places from 44th to 42nd. Also, Deepti Sharma and Rajeshwari Gaikwad have placed themselves in the top 10 in the bowling rankings. Deepti is 9th while Rajeshwari has retained her 10th position.

Talking about other players, England’s Natalie Sciver-Brunt is at the first position in the women’s ODI batting rankings with 807 rating. Beth Mooney of Australia is at second place and Chamari Athapaththu of Sri Lanka is at third place.

Bowling Ranking (Women’s ODI Bowling Ranking)
Along with the batting rankings, England also occupies the first place in the bowling rankings. Female cricketer Sophie Ecclestone is at the first position in the latest ODI bowling rankings. At the second place is South African bowler Shabnim Ismail and at the third place is Australia’s legendary female bowler Jess Jonassen.

Australia’s Ashley Gardner is at the first position in the all-rounder ranking. Hayley Matthews of West Indies is at second place while Natalie Sciver-Brunt of England is at third place. India’s Deepti Sharma is ranked 7th in the women’s ODI all-rounder list with 312 rating.
