    Chhattisgarh Weather News: Widespread rainfall has started once again in Chhattisgarh. It has been raining in most of the districts of the state since Sunday morning. The Meteorological Department has said that the weather will remain bad in the state till September 25. According to IMD, there will be light to moderate rain with thunderstorms in most parts of Chhattisgarh during the next 24 hours. There are chances of moderate to heavy rain at one or two places in some districts of the state. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert of heavy rain in these areas. Light to moderate rain was recorded in most parts of the state on Saturday also.

    According to the All India Weather Bulletin issued by the Meteorological Department, a cyclonic circulation area is present over the northeastern Arabian Sea. It is likely to move towards a low pressure area. At the same time, due to the anti-cyclonic flow developing in North-West India and dry weather over some parts of South-West Rajasthan, the conditions are favorable for the withdrawal of South-West Monsoon. Not only this, there is a possibility of formation of a cyclonic circulation in the North Andaman Sea and surrounding areas on September 29.

    According to the Meteorological Department, during the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain can be recorded in districts like Raipur, Surguja, Jashpur, Korea, Raigarh, Janjgir, Korba, Mahasamund, Dhamtari etc. of Chhattisgarh. There is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain at some places in Bilaspur, Bemetara, Rajnandgaon, Mungeli, Kabirdham districts. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert of heavy rain in these districts. It is known that the Meteorological Department issues a yellow alert when there is a possibility of heavy rain at many places.
