Chinese smartphone maker Vivo’s V29 series will be launched next week. Its base Vivo V29 5G smartphone was introduced in the international market earlier this year. It will be brought to India with similar specifications. Apart from this, there may be a Pro model in this series. The company has confirmed the launch of the V29 series on October 4. The company has given information about selling these smartphones through online and offline channels. Technology company Google has also informed about launching its Pixel 8 series along with other products at the Made by Google event on October 4. Vivo V29 may feature a 6.78-inch Full HD+ (2,800 x 1,260 pixels) curved AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC can be given as processor in it. This smartphone can get 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. It may have a 50-megapixel primary camera, 8-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel camera. A 50-megapixel sensor can be found in its front for selfie and video calls. The base variant of this series may have a fingerprint sensor for security. It may have a 4,600 mAh battery with support for 80 W fast charging. Vivo V29 series smartphones can be made available with Himalayan Blue, Majestic Red and Space Black colors. Apart from this, there may be a red colored smartphone whose back panel will be color changing. This week Vivo has launched a new variant of Y56 5G in India. Earlier this year, the company launched this smartphone in a single variant of 8 GB RAM + 128 GB with a price of Rs 19,999. Its new variant is with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The price of the new variant of Vivo Y56 is Rs 16,999. It will be available in Orange Shimmer and Black Engine colors. It can be purchased from the company’s website and e-commerce sites Amazon and Flipkart. It has a 6.58-inch Full HD+ (1,080 x 2,408) LCD display. It has MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC processor.
