Raipur. Chhattisgarh’s traditional festival Hareli is today. In Hareli, farmers worship all agricultural and iron tools and animals. Hareli means “green” and “lee” means “bring”, that is, bring greenery. The festival is celebrated for advanced agriculture, good health of livestock, greenery and prosperity in the state. There is also a tradition of climbing Gedi in rural areas.
CM Sai’s tour program
Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will participate in Hareli programs organized at many places in the capital today. As per the scheduled time, CM Sai will participate in Hareli program organized at CM House at 11 am. At 3 pm, he will participate in Hareli program at Shankar Nagar. At 3.40 pm, he will participate in Hareli program organized by Sahu Samaj at Telibandha pond. At 4:30, he will inaugurate Best Orthopedic Super Specialty Hospital. At 6 pm, he will inaugurate NKD Hospital. After that at 6:30, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will return to his residence.
Tour program of MP Brijmohan Agrawal
MP Brijmohan Agrawal will participate in various programs today. At 11 am, he will participate in the Hareli program organized at CM House. He will inaugurate various development works in Raipur. At 1 pm, he will participate in the program organized at Shri Ram Maidan Santoshi Nagar. At 2 pm, he will participate in the program organized at Hardevlala Temple Complex Tikrapara. At 2.30 pm, he will perform Bhoomi Pujan for 23 works in Mahamaya Temple Ward.
Today is the second day of Nitin Navin’s visit
Today is the second day of BJP state in-charge Nitin Naveen’s visit to Chhattisgarh. Nitin Naveen will participate in the Hareli Tihar program organized at the Chief Minister’s residence. For the first time in Chhattisgarh, flowers will be showered on the Kanwariyas from a helicopter. CM Vishnudev Sai will shower flowers from a helicopter tomorrow. After the flower shower, CM Sai will visit Bhoramdev and perform Abhishek. Deputy CM Vijay Sharma will also be present along with CM Sai.
