Raipur. The cabinet meeting has started in the Chief Minister’s residence office under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. Many important issues can be approved in the cabinet meeting.
Important decisions are likely to be taken regarding urban body elections in the meeting. The proposal to conduct the election of the Mayor of Municipal Corporation, Municipality and President of Nagar Panchayats through direct system and electronic voting machines in place of ballot boxes can also be approved. In the meeting, along with the rain situation and availability of fertilizers in the state, preparations for paddy procurement at support price in Kharif marketing year 2024-25 can be reviewed. Discussion on Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan is also possible in the cabinet. Apart from this, some important decisions can also be taken in the interest of farmers and employees.
