Raipur. Independence Day celebrations were held with great pomp today at the BJP office Kushabhau Thackeray campus in Raipur. On this occasion, regional organization general secretary Ajay Jamwal hoisted the tricolor flag and wished the people of the state a happy 78th Independence Day.
Ajay Jamwal, while highlighting the importance of Independence Day at the ceremony, said, Independence Day is the path to a developed India for us. Independence Day clarifies the direction of a developed India for us. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set the goal of a developed India, by 2047 the country will become number one in the world. Martyrs, revolutionaries and social reformers gave freedom to the country. Today is the day to remember those who drove the British out of the country. He has appealed to the people to love their country and make the Prime Minister’s dream come true.
State Organization Minister Sanjay Shrivastava said, today is an auspicious day for 140 crore countrymen, a day of excitement, today is the day to remember our history. Today the 78th Independence Day is being celebrated in the country and it is being celebrated in the Kushabhau Thakre campus of the Bharatiya Janata Party. I congratulate the countrymen and the nearly three and a half crore people of Chhattisgarh on Independence Day. The Prime Minister has a call for the country, we have got independence, just as the dream of a developed India has been kept by 2047, similarly to make Chhattisgarh a developed Chhattisgarh, the country should become number one and lead the world, everyone should take a pledge, today all the people of BJP have taken this pledge.
