Raipur. There is bad news for liquor lovers in Chhattisgarh. For the second time in 6 months, the government has increased the price of liquor. The price of quarter (paua) of different brands has been increased by up to Rs 40. According to the order issued, the rates of White and Blue, Frontline, Windsor, Royal Passion, Otter Dark, All Season, White Rabbit, Black and White, 100 Pipers Deluxe, AC Black, Double Black as well as Jammu Deluxe Whiskey have been increased.
The price of a quarter of Jammu Deluxe Whiskey has been increased by Rs 40, while the price of Simba Edition beer has increased by Rs 30. These increased rates have been implemented from September 1. Earlier, the prices of liquor were increased in April.
