Pratik Chauhan. Raipur. Durg-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat train was flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. Many people including railway officials, media reporters, social service organizations, YouTubers reached to travel in this train. Many people reached from Raipur to Mahasamund in Vande Bharat train and from there reached Raipur by a special train operated by the railways. But the wife of the RPF Commandant of Raipur Railway Division also traveled from Raipur to Mahasamund in this train.
Now since she was the wife of the Commandant of Raipur Railway Division, RPF would also provide security. An RPF constable was put on duty with her. After all the passengers and Madam got down at Mahasamund station, the said RPF constable and an inspector of Raipur Railway Division remained engaged in Madam’s security and hospitality.
Madam was safely seated at the Mahasamund RPF post at the Mahasamund railway station and an inspector along with a constable were always present there for her. After some time, a vehicle arrived for Madam which took her to Raipur.
In this entire case, the RPF Commandant of Raipur Railway Division says that no constable was deployed for Madam’s security. But when Lalluram.com told him that we have the photo, he again said that I will find out.
The RPF commandant said that a team had gone to Mahanadi in Mahasamund for drone shooting of Vande Bharat Express. The team went to Mahasamund railway station to pick up his wife (RPF commandant’s wife) and brought her to Raipur.
While the CPRO rank officer of the railway also returned to Raipur by the same special train in which all the people were travelling. The inspector who was assigned duty to escort the train also returned. Lalluram.com checked every inch of the train but the RPF constable accompanying Madam, who was with her at Mahasamund railway station for her security, was not seen.
Whereas there is a shortage of constables in RPF and citing this, 12-hour shifts of constables are put in Durg. Now it is a matter of investigation for the senior officials of RPF that where was the said RPF staff posted? Were they kept for the security of DSC Madam by showing duty somewhere else on paper? Or will the paperwork be done by showing the duty of the said staff in the escorting party? But if the RPF officials want to confirm this, then if they check the CCTV cameras installed at Mahasamund railway station, the CCTV cameras installed at the toll between Raipur and Mandir Hasaud, then it will become clear whether the said RPF staff returned from Madam in a car or a train?
