Raipur. Today, under the dynamic Anuvrata Udbodh week, Anuvrata Committee and Police Administration Raipur organized a “Stress Management Workshop” in the presence of Munishree Sudhakar, a disciple of Acharya Mahashraman. SSP Santosh Singh was especially present along with police officers and police personnel in this program organized at Police Parade Ground.
While addressing the workshop, Muni Sudhakar said, the problem of mental stress is a major and complex problem of the present era, to get rid of it we should take the help of spirituality. Stress management is possible through spiritual rules. Muni Sudhakar, while discussing the five principles of stress management, said that be happy in yourself, do not compare yourself with others, do not worry about the future and do not mention the past. Control yourself, pay more attention to your state of mind than the circumstances, circumstances keep changing. Don’t change your mood, keep smiling in every situation. Keep your thinking positive and refine your desires. Understanding your limitations, do not think about the urge for results.
SSP Santosh Singh also expressed his feelings and advised to work by planning, so that stress can stay away from us, which will enable proper planning of time. To remove stress, we should also do work outside our work area, so that our attention can be shifted away from stress to that area like gardening, reading book, sports etc. He told that in the world, not only us, i.e. the policemen, but according to the medical reports, about sixty-five percent of the people are stressed. Arun Aggarwal successfully coordinated the workshop along with Narendra Dugad, welcome speaker Kanak Chand Jain and inductee Indu Lodha, Lalita Dhadiwal.
