Prime Video’s ‘The Traitors,’ hosted by Karan Johar, has quickly become a talking point, known for its suspenseful format and unexpected twists. A recent episode on June 19 introduced a dramatic twist – four contestants were eliminated, only to be revealed as innocent. This development has shaken the core of the game.
The initial shock came when Mukesh Chhabra didn’t appear at breakfast. The host announced that he had been eliminated by traitors Purab Jha and Elnaaz Norouzi. The decision came down to choosing between Mukesh and Ashish Vidyarthi, and the veteran actor was chosen.
At the roundtable, the contestants were divided over who the traitors were, debating between Raftaar and Maheep Kapoor. Raftaar’s aggressive arguments made him a suspect, while another group was determined to oust Maheep. Maheep Kapoor was voted out by the majority.
Subsequently, Ashish Vidyarthi became a target. While Apoorva Mukhija, Sufi Motiwala, and Raftaar were also discussed, Ashish received the most votes and was eliminated.
The next roundtable heavily focused on Raftaar. Many believed him to be a traitor rather than Apoorva Mukhija or Sufi Motiwala. Following the discussion, Raftaar was eliminated.
Ultimately, Mukesh Chhabra, Maheep Kapoor, Ashish Vidyarthi, and Raftaar were all innocent. The real traitors, Purab Jha and Elnaaz Norouzi, have successfully hidden their identities from the outset.
Previous innocent eliminations included Sahil Salathia, Lakshmi Manchu, and Karan Kundrra. Raj Kundra, one of the traitors, was previously ousted.
Currently, the remaining contestants are Anshula Kapoor, Elnaaz Norouzi, Harsh Gujral, Jannat Zubair, Janvee Gaurr, Apoorva Mukhija, Jasmine Bhasin, Nikita Luther, Purab Jha, Uorfi Javed, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Sufi Motiwala.
