After a disappointing theatrical run that began on May 30, 2025, ‘The Verdict,’ a Tamil film directed by Krishna Sankar and starring Suhasini Maniratnam, is preparing for its online premiere. The film, despite early hype, didn’t resonate with viewers or critics, leading to poor box office performance.
In a move to attract a new audience, ‘The Verdict’ will stream on Sun NXT starting June 26, 2025. The streaming rights were secured by Sun NXT.
The film features performances by Suhasini, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Vidyullekha Raman, and Prakash Mohandas. The production was handled by Prakash Mohandas under Agni Entertainment.
