Raipur – The Chhattisgarh government has initiated a significant reshuffle within its finance department, resulting in the transfer of a substantial number of officers and employees. Simultaneously, several officials have been released from their additional charges.
In a related move, the state government had earlier extended the period of relaxation concerning transfers, as outlined in the 2025 transfer policy. This extension stipulates that the relaxation period will now be valid until June 30, 2025. Previously, this relaxation was set to expire on June 25, 2025.
The General Administration Department has issued an order to formalize this. The order amends the timeframe for the relaxation of the transfer ban, as per the circular dated June 5, 2025, setting the new deadline as June 30, 2025.
