Here the accused first lured the girl in the name of getting her a job and then started exploiting her physically by luring her into his love trap. The girl started protesting when she was not given a job. The accused planned the murder and killed her.

Disclosing the matter, SP Girijashankar Jaiswal said that on February 9, village Dullapur forest guard Sachin Singh Rajput under Chowki Khudia area informed that an unknown woman was lying in a semi-nude near Bhar Pathna (permanent name) of Dullapur complex. Police immediately reached the spot, where the dead body of an unknown woman was found in a semi-nude state between two rocks of Bhar Pathna hill and blood stains were found on the rocks and a red spotted chunari was found tied to a nearby tree. Whereas L was found written in the hand of the deceased. The dead body appeared to be two-three days old.

Taking immediate action in the case, the incident site was inspected by the dog squad team and forensic team. Since the deceased could not be identified, the body was identified by nearby villagers and information was given to the border districts of Bilaspur, Kawardha, Bemetara including Mungeli district. According to the PM report, due to a case of murder, a crime was registered in Lormi police station. The police formed a team to trace the accused. After which the process of technical analysis and CCTV footage inspection, call detail analysis and interrogation was started in the case.

In the investigation, prima facie information was received regarding the deceased’s relationship with Kaliram’s father Milap Markam, age 42, Sakin Tikri police station Takhatpur and Kaliram’s frequent visits to the deceased’s house and asking the deceased to get a job. On the basis of cyber analysis, when information was received that the suspect Kaliram was near the spot of the incident, the suspect Kaliram was interrogated in connection with the incident. During interrogation it became clear that the deceased was living with her friend in Kargiroad, Kota. Where the suspect was visiting Kaliram and also kept talking to him on mobile. The suspect had previously established physical relations with the deceased on the pretext of getting her a job, due to which the deceased kept telling the suspect Kaliram to lodge a report against him if he did not get her a job.

The suspect Kaliram planned to murder the deceased and on 5th February, he called the deceased to Lormi for a visit, took her on a motorcycle to Khudia area and had physical relations with her and when she protested, he got in a rage and beheaded her. He was crushed to death with a stone and the body was hidden among the rocks. The clothes worn by the deceased, her bag and mobile were hidden in different places. Which has been seized in the case on the basis of memorandum after investigation and investigation. In this case, the accused Kaliram has been duly arrested and taken into judicial custody.
Thus, in the case of unidentified dead body and blind murder, Lormi police took action and identified the dead body within 3 hours. The accused Kaliram has been arrested within 24 hours of the case being registered. Police have seized the deceased’s bag, deceased’s school certificate, deceased’s clothes, deceased’s mobile phone and the motorcycle used in the incident from the accused.
