A Mahaviri Jhanda procession in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, was marred by violence as clashes broke out between two groups. Participants in the procession were targeted with stone-pelting, resulting in several injuries, including those to law enforcement officials. The incident occurred in Minapur, where stones were allegedly thrown from rooftops. A house was set ablaze after the clashes. Authorities, including the District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police, arrived at the scene to manage the situation and engage with both sides. The cause of the dispute is under investigation.
