Arjun Tendulkar, the son of former Indian captain Sachin Tendulkar, has become engaged to Sania Chandok. The engagement took place on Wednesday, with close relatives and friends present to celebrate the occasion. Sania Chandok’s grandfather is the prominent Mumbai businessman Ravi Ghai, whose family has a significant presence in the hotel and food service industries. The Ghai family owns the InterContinental Hotel and the Brooklyn Creamery ice cream brand. Sania herself is a partner and director at Mr. Paws Pet Spa & Store in Mumbai, with a following of 805 on Instagram. She is also followed by Sara Tendulkar, Arjun’s sister.
Arjun Tendulkar is a left-arm medium-fast bowler representing Goa in domestic cricket. His statistics include 17 first-class matches, 18 List A matches, and 24 T20 matches. He has taken 37 wickets in Test cricket, 25 in List A, and 27 in T20s. He has also displayed batting skills, with 532 runs in first-class cricket and 102 runs in List A.
Arjun Tendulkar’s Career: Arjun made his Ranji Trophy debut on December 13, 2022, playing for Goa against Rajasthan in Porvorim. He scored 120 runs from 207 balls, batting at seventh position in the first innings. Arjun secured his first IPL wicket on April 18, 2023, at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. During a match between Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad, he dismissed Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the 20th over. The catch was taken by Rohit Sharma. Although he took a wicket in his third IPL match for Mumbai Indians, he conceded 48 runs in three overs against Prabhsimran Singh.
