Hitesh Sanghvi, a businessman, later shared a photo with Dhoni and a clip of Djokovic’s match on his Instagram account. In the quarterfinal, Djokovic defeated Fritz with scores of 6-3, 7-5, 3-6, and 6-4.
Djokovic has reached at least the semi-finals in all four major tournaments this season. He will face Carlos Alcaraz in the semi-final, whom he had previously defeated in the Paris Olympics last year to win gold, and again in the Australian Open quarter-finals this year.
