Kishanganj Residents Attack Police Investigating Theft, Several Officers Injured

The incident occurred following a theft reported on August 26th, involving the loss of jewelry and cash worth Rs 15 lakh and Rs 60,000, respectively, from the home of Vikas Gupta. The police were attempting to arrest a suspect when the attack happened, with a woman reportedly assaulting officers with a broom and sandals. One woman has been detained, and further investigation is underway.
