Royal Enfield is set to provide the full benefits of recent Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate reductions to its customers. This move will affect the pricing of the company’s motorcycles, as well as services, apparel, and accessories. This decision comes after the GST Council’s latest reforms and aims to make Royal Enfield’s popular motorcycles, especially the 350cc models, more affordable for riders in India.
The 350cc range has been a cornerstone of Royal Enfield’s product lineup. With these new prices, the company anticipates further growth in this segment’s popularity. The updated prices will be effective across all Indian showrooms from September 22, 2025. Motorcycles above 350cc will also see price adjustments in line with the revised GST rates, with potential price drops of up to approximately ₹22,000. Royal Enfield plans to release a detailed price list for each model soon.
**Estimated Price Reductions**
| Model | Estimated Savings |
| ————– | —————– |
| Hunter 350 | ₹14,990 |
| Classic 350 | ₹20,000 |
| Meteor 350 | ₹20,000 |

According to B. Govindarajan, MD and CEO of Eicher Motors Limited and Royal Enfield, first-time bike buyers will benefit most from the GST revisions. He noted that the Indian government’s GST reforms will make motorcycles up to 350cc more affordable. Royal Enfield is pleased to pass on the complete GST savings directly to its customers, opening up opportunities for new riders to become part of the Royal Enfield community.
This initiative comes at a time when the Indian two-wheeler market, particularly the mid-size motorcycle segment, is experiencing substantial growth. Royal Enfield aims to enhance the accessibility of its entire ecosystem by reducing prices on motorcycles, services, apparel, and accessories. This approach will not only help attract new customers but also fortify the loyalty of existing riders and fans who regard Royal Enfield as the embodiment of authentic motorcycling.
While the 350cc bikes form the core of Royal Enfield’s product offerings, the company’s range extends beyond this. This includes models like the Scram 440, Guerrilla 450, and Himalayan 450, as well as the 650cc series such as the Interceptor, Continental GT, Classic, Shotgun, Super Meteor, and Interceptor Bear, which will see price increases. These models will also be affected by GST changes, leading to adjustments in their prices.
