A significant fraud case has been cracked by Raipur police, leading to the arrest of a mother and son who deceived jewelers by using counterfeit gold bracelets to obtain real gold. The pair’s criminal activities, echoing the plot of ‘Bunty Aur Babli,’ spanned across Raipur and Bilaspur. The police recovered gold ornaments, cash, and the car used in the incidents, totaling approximately 8.5 lakh rupees.
