A dialogue session focusing on the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package 2025 (BIPP-2025) was held at the Lalit Hotel in Delhi, organized by the Department of Industry. The event, which followed the launch in Patna, was attended by key figures including Industry Minister Nitish Mishra, Additional Chief Secretary Mihir Kumar Singh, and BIADA Managing Director Shri Kundan Kumar. Mihir Kumar Singh presented the policy’s framework, detailing investment incentives, free land allocation, financial benefits, and measures to strengthen the business environment. He emphasized the package’s design to attract investors. Minister Mishra lauded the BIPP-2025, emphasizing its role in attracting investment, creating jobs, and making Bihar an industrial powerhouse. Shri Kundan Kumar highlighted the package’s contribution to entrepreneurship, job creation, and economic development, aiming to establish Bihar as an industrial leader. The BIPP-2025 includes provisions for free land, financial incentives, and a strong business environment to transform Bihar’s industrial landscape.
