High Court judges, along with Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu, were also recognized. The Deputy Chief Ministers, several ministers, and former Governor Ramesh Bais, also participated in the celebration, underscoring the significance of the occasion. Governor Deka expressed immense honor in addressing the gathering, reflecting on the court’s establishment alongside the formation of the state in 2000, and its subsequent evolution as a key institution of justice.
