Key grants encompassed 972,000 inventions and 1.461 million utility models, while 96,000 reexams and invalidations were finalized.
Transfer and licensing requests hit 697,000, advancing 13.7% year-on-year. Research entities filed about 90,000, a 16.6% uptick, enhancing commercialization. Enterprise inventions industrialized at 54%, a reliable growth pattern.
Through November, IP royalty flows totaled 3.8287 trillion yuan, growing 7.4% with 23.1% export acceleration. This momentum strengthens China’s service trade stature worldwide.
