The gang members—Sameer (Dawood), Salim, Azad, Salim II, Mohsin, Mohammad Faisal—now face justice. Azad, the chief operator, is implicated in 38+ cases from Delhi to other regions.
Their method: Deploy a Hyundai Ora taxi for perpetual monitoring via driver swaps, then deploy key programmers and GPS jammers for swift extractions. Vehicles were dumped in Mewat, Rajasthan, and similar spots for 1-2 lakh rupees.
Stolen fleet: Dual Maruti Brezzas, a Swift, and Ora. Arsenal included 6 T-lock breakers, screwdrivers, cutters, OBD Star device, jammer, fake plates x2, etc.
