Madhya Pradesh is at the forefront of India’s digital revolution with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav opening the Cyber Registration Office in Bhopal today. This facility embodies the state’s resolve to pair economic development with agile, transparent, and people-friendly administration.
In his keynote, Yadav stressed paperless and cashless innovations as cornerstones for environmental health and trustworthy systems for posterity. Notably, MP is the pioneer state offering cyber registration for over 75 services encompassing loans, POAs, leases, sworn statements, and business partnerships.
After Sampada 1.0 and 2.0, the cyber office launches a fresh chapter in governance tech. A major policy shift mandates paperless handling of all govt-entity transfer documents.
Residents linked to housing boards or authorities can complete transfers remotely via video KYC conferencing, slashing travel and delays. Yadav motivated bureaucrats to harness cyber tools for competitive target achievement this fiscal year.
Commenting on the tech backbone, Finance Minister Devda pointed to Sampada 2.0’s 2024-25 deployment for advanced stamping and filings. This transformative step enhances accessibility, curbs corruption, and accelerates service delivery. Madhya Pradesh’s model could inspire nationwide reforms, heralding an era of seamless digital public services.
