Ambition defines the path with ‘Vision 2032’ seeking tripled GDP from 2022, higher incomes per head, and elite SDG rankings in the top 10. Execution hinges on the ‘Meghalaya Excellence Framework’, the overarching strategy.
Revitalization hits agriculture, roadways, electrification, water systems, FDI drives, tech and telecom expansion, and tourism renaissance. Health, learning, livelihood missions, and social safeguards gain robust support. Over ₹12,000 crore in 15 international projects—spanning infra, energy, crops, water harvesting, visitor sites—roll out with multilateral aid.
PM-DEVIN bolsters regional ties and tourism backbone. Private inflows surpass ₹1,800 crore, with ₹8,000 crore eyed by 2032 for 50,000 jobs. Reforms in admin, e-governance, and regulations sharpen transparency and enterprise friendliness.
