The petition arose from KCA’s opposition to the collector’s 1.09-acre encroachment claim. Lacking scientific validation, the report was deemed insufficient by the court.
KCA can now formally push for a scientific survey; if approved, it must be done right, with the state examining all outputs beforehand.
Defending against 40-cent canal land grab claims, KCA noted the site was occupied pre-purchase without visible watercourse. Collector records confirmed diversions posed no flow threats.
