In an inspiring tale of roots and ambition, UK Artificial Intelligence Minister Kanishk Narayan, hailing from Muzaffarpur, Bihar, revisited his birthplace after nearly 20 years. His Friday arrival in Patna saw a grand welcome from JD(U) MP Sanjay Jha at the latter’s home.
Chatting with media personnel, Narayan beamed with pride. ‘Being back in Bihar after over two decades is pure bliss. Born here, I see tremendous growth. Our AI efforts in the UK align with Bihar’s forward march into technology’s future,’ he stated.
Jha celebrated the occasion. ‘Kanishk is a UK minister, yet Bihar’s Muzaffarpur boy at heart. This 20-year gap finally bridged,’ he said.
The day ahead involves crucial interactions with Bihar authorities on AI, possibly igniting collaborative ventures between the two regions.
Envisioning a tech-driven Bihar, Jha highlighted CM Nitish Kumar’s role. ‘In a globalized era, Bihar stands tall with technology. AI can uplift agriculture, healthcare, and services. The platform is ready for soaring heights—no state will outpace us,’ he confidently asserted.
Narayan’s visit symbolizes the global reach of Bihar’s talent and the state’s readiness to embrace AI, fostering exciting bilateral opportunities.
