Vibrancy enveloped Samrat Mihir Bhoj Park in Greater Noida on Thursday for the launch of a spectacular flower exhibition under the ‘Operation Sindoor’ banner. Gautam Buddh Nagar’s representative Dr. Mahesh Sharma spearheaded the opening, hailing flowers as humanity’s fragrant legacy from nature.
Dr. Sharma eloquently linked ecological harmony to cultural practices, where petals punctuate every life event in India, adding poetry to existence.
Curated by Greater Noida Authority, the display continues to March 1 with zero charges for admission or vehicles, democratizing access to this horticultural delight.
Dignitaries present included BJP’s Abhishek Sharma, Pramod Gupta, ACEO Sri Lakshmi VS, and others. The MP spotlighted CEO NG Ravi Kumar’s stewardship in erasing debts and accelerating progress.
Commencing with lamp ignition and schoolkids’ Saraswati homage, the event soared with a drone extravaganza forming emblematic images of India, Ayodhya, and CM Yogi, electrifying the audience.
The thematic ‘Operation Sindoor’ flower art installation mesmerized, as did ancillary creations like a tiger in blooms, heart via Shimla peppers, and peacock pride. Photo ops drew enthusiastic lines.
Complementing the visuals, stalls peddled greenery, decor, and eats, fostering a carnival atmosphere. This initiative elevates Greater Noyed’s profile, intertwining natural beauty with societal vitality for an enduring community impact.
