Raipur February 26, 2026/Today, at the Chief Minister’s residence office in Raipur, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai paid homage by offering flowers at the portrait of the great revolutionary, sharp nationalist thinker, and freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar on his death anniversary.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Veer Savarkar was not just a freedom fighter, but also a visionary thinker, social reformer, powerful writer-poet, and sharp historian. He provided new ideological energy to the Indian independence movement and played an important role in taking the spirit of patriotism to the masses.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Savarkar Ji’s sacrifice, struggle, and indomitable courage for the freedom of the motherland are inscribed in golden letters in Indian history. Despite the inhuman torture of Kalapani, his dedication to the nation remained unwavering. His entire life is a source of inspiration for service to the country, self-strength, and national pride.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Veer Savarkar’s thoughts continue to inspire the youth for nation-building even today. We should embrace his ideals and continuously strive to build a strong, prosperous, and self-reliant India.
