Empowering half the population, the government introduced 50% women’s quota in panchayats nationwide-first and scaled Jeevika to ₹60,000 crore turnover. With 60 lakh jobs created over 20 years, Bihar’s development trajectory is robust, evidenced by its high growth figures.
