Ranchi’s Shriram Nagar hosted a monumental Virat Hindu Sammelan at Sri Ram Mandir, Chutia, where devotion met determination in an event brimming with public zeal. People from all walks converged to bolster unity, empathy, cultural roots, and patriotic zeal across the region.
The spectacle launched with a spirited Kalash Yatra from the temple expanse, energized by women’s enthusiastic participation. Mahants rode a resplendent Hanuman Garhi chariot, heralded by traditional ensembles, parading to the central arena.
Vedic invocations and flame lighting ushered in the sessions. Chutia’s Ram Mandir mahant inspired all, viewing the crowd as organized societal might, chanting the unifying Vedic verse ‘Sangachchhadhvam Samvadadhavam.’
Mahant Raju Das of Ayodhya’s iconic Hanuman Garhi recounted RSS’s 100-year odyssey in weaving societal fabric, kindling rashtrabhakti, and upholding dharma.
RSS executive Alok Kumar captivated with Mahabharata analogies, where asura discord led to ruin but devta solidarity prevailed. He elucidated the mantra’s essence: collective strides, discourse, and minds yield supreme power against adversities.
Kumar extolled Hindu ethos’s expansive diversity in faiths and customs as its glory, yet vital for purposeful convergence. He decried untouchability, drawing from luminaries like Sant Ravidas, Mirabai, and Valmiki to elevate karma-bhakti above jati.
The assembly buzzed with inputs from spiritual leaders, female devotees, Gayatri followers, VHP activists, Jagran Manch, local worship bodies, and RSS cadre. Dignitaries including Ratna Kesari, Arun Kumar, and Vikram Sharma graced the occasion, sealing a pledge for inclusive advancement.
