Normal life has been affected due to continuous rains in some parts of the state including Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi. He said that ‘Orange Alert’ has been issued for parts of Lohardaga, Gumla and Simdega, where heavy to very heavy rainfall may occur on October 2.
