Korba. SP has suspended the constable who demanded bribe. The constable is accused of demanding Rs 50,000 from a person for hushing up the case. On this complaint, Korba SP has suspended constable Nandlal Sarathi number 880 posted at Katghora police station.
When the SP took interest in the matter on the basis of the complaint received under public information, the complaint was prima facie found to be true. In this case, SP has suspended constable Nandlal Sarathi. This step taken by the SP has created a stir in the police department.
