Bilaspur. The matter of occupation of community building was heard in the High Court today. The High Court has given relief to Sakun Dahria, wife of former minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria and has ordered the Municipal Corporation to hand over the keys of the building to Shakun Dahria. Order has been given to immediately open the lock of the sealed community building.
Let us tell you that the Municipal Corporation had sealed this building on the charges of occupying the community building. Hearing in this case was held today in the High Court. The single bench of Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey has given stay in this case and ordered the Municipal Corporation to open the lock. The next hearing in the case will be on March 13.
