Can’t make eye contact with Modi, are afraid; Why did the PM say this about Baghel and his ministers?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi strongly attacked the Bhupesh Baghel government after giving many gifts including a steel plant in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh before the assembly elections. PM Modi took a dig at the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister or any minister not coming to the government program and said that he could not make eye contact with them, that is why he did not come.

Chhattisgarh: PM Modi said in Jagdalpur, ‘Today a very big and country’s most modern steel factory has been inaugurated here… It was such a big program but not a single minister, chief minister, deputy chief minister of Chhattisgarh came… for your welfare. Should the government come or not? If they wanted your welfare then they should have come and sat there or not. There are two reasons behind their not coming – one, they are so worried about their government going that they do not have time to come here, they are busy saving the government and the second reason is, this is Modi… if they go in front of Modi. If it is there then no stubborn and corrupt eye can meet it. That’s why they are afraid to come, they run away.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone and inaugurated several development projects worth more than Rs 26 thousand crore, including the inauguration of the Nagarnar Steel Plant of NMDC Steel Limited in Jagdalpur city. After this, he addressed BJP’s ‘Parivartan Mahasankalp Rally’ from a different platform at the same place. Earlier on September 15, when PM Modi had come to Raigarh to give a gift of Rs 6350 crore to Chhattisgarh, Deputy Chief Minister TS Singhdev had participated in the program. During this, he praised PM Modi and said that he never discriminated.
