  • Tesla Vs Tesla: Dispute over trademark, next hearing of the case will be held on May 22 in Delhi High Court.

American car manufacturer Tesla has filed a case in the Delhi High Court against Gurugram’s battery manufacturer Tesla Power, accusing it of trademark infringement. The name of the company against which Tesla Inc. has reached the High Court is Tesla Power India. Tesla Inc. has demanded from the High Court to stop Tesla Power India from using the trademark Tesla.

Senior lawyer Chander Lal, representing Tesla Inc, argued while seeking to stop the use of its trademark. He said that the use of trademarks in India by Indian firms is not only creating confusion among consumers but is also harming their business interests. He also said that complaints against Tesla Power batteries are being directed to the US firm because consumers are assuming they are linked to Tesla Inc.

On the other hand, Tesla Power says that it has been doing business for many years. It makes conventional batteries used in vehicles. It has no plans to enter the EV segment. The company also claimed in the court that its batteries already have lakhs of customers.

The senior lawyer claimed that Tesla Power was advertising its batteries as an EV company in national newspapers of the country. And was using the logo of a foreign firm. Tesla Inc. Tesla’s lawyer sought immediate action against Tesla Power’s use and copying of the Tesla trademark, citing potential damage to their brand and business interests in India.

  • WATCH: Rohit Sharma Can’t Control His Laughter Following Question On Virat Kohli’s Strike-Rate | cricket news

Team India cricketer Virat Kohli’s strike-rate against spin has been the hot topic of the town for a while now with pundits criticizing for struggling against spinners in the middle-over phase. However, despite the fingers being raised at him, Kohli has managed to score 500 runs so far in the IPL 2024 season with an impressive average of 70. His strike-rate of the season so far is 147.59, which is certainly not slow for the leading run-scorer of the tournament.

However, the strike-rate of Kohli seems to be of no worry for Team India captain Rohit Sharma and chief selector Ajit Agarkar. Both laughed off the criticism when a journalist asked them the question on Kohli’s strike-rate ahead of the T20 World Cup 2024.

“He’s been in great form in the IPL, no concerns there at all,” Agarkar said stressing the need for experience in a World Cup campaign.

“You’ve got to prepare knowing there’s a gap (between the IPL and a World Cup). That’s where experience does matter a lot. There’s no point over-thinking it.”

Captain Rohit Sharma and Ajit Agarkar started smiling when the Journalist asked about the Strike Rate of Virat Kohli. pic.twitter.com/QFqN1arkDf The Ajay Cric (@TheCric_AJAY) May 2, 2024

“If the tournament turns out to be like how the IPL is, where (a score of) 220 plays (against) 220, I think we’ve still got enough in the team, the balance, all the power, then you can match. that,” he added. (ICC T20 World Cup 2024: Pakistan’s Full Schedule Of Matches, Timings, Venues, Dates)

Over the years, Kohli has faced a lot of criticism over many aspects of his game. He has looked to improve himself every single time and then replying to these critics using the microphone also. He did the same on Sunday evening when he was asked about the numbers he creates and whether he thinks too much about it. Kohli ensured he spoke his mind this time as well.

Responding to a question by a commentator on his cricketing numbers, Kohli took this opportunity to get back to his critics. Kohli said that he does not really listen to the talk about strike rates and always looks to win the game for his side. Taking a potshot at the critics, especially those with a microphone in their hand, Kohli said that it is easier to sit and talk from the box.

Here what Kohli said, “All the people who talk about strike-rates and me not playing spin well are the ones talking about the stuff. For me, it’s about winning the games for the team and there’s a reason why you have done it for. 15 years, you have done this day in and day out, you have won games for your teams, I am not quite sure that if you have not been in that situation yourself, to sit and talk about the game from the box. , people can talk about the assumptions day in and day out, but those who have done day and day out, they know what’s happening and it’s a kind of muscle memory for me now.”

  • MI vs KKR IPL 2024: Match between Mumbai Indians and Kolkata, Pandya will have to continue the winning streak to remain in the playoffs, know head to head record and playing-11.

MI vs KKR IPL 2024: The 51st match of the 17th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) will be played today between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). The match between the two teams will be held at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. This match will start at 7:30 pm. Talking about the matches played by both the teams in this season, KKR team has played 9 matches so far and has won 6 matches. Whereas Mumbai has won three out of 10 matches. Today’s match is going to be very exciting. Because KKR has won the last match, the morale of the team is high. Whereas Mumbai had lost in the last match. However, KKR’s record at Wankhede Stadium is very bad.

MI vs KKR Head to Head

Mumbai and Kolkata have played 32 IPL matches against each other so far. MI has won 23 matches and KKR has won nine matches. If seen from this perspective, Mumbai appears to have the upper hand. MI’s highest score so far against KKR is 210. Kolkata’s high score against MI is 232. In this IPL, Mumbai has won one of its last five matches, while Kolkata has won three of its last five matches.

    pitch report

If we talk about the pitch of Wankhede Stadium, fast bowlers can get a little seam movement here. This means that the pacers may get some help in the initial period. However, due to the small field, it helps the batsmen to score a lot of runs. The pitch here is flat and a lot of runs are scored. Also there is bounce and the ball comes well on the bat. Once again a big score can be seen on this pitch.

Probable playing-11 of MI vs KKR

Mumbai Indians: Hardik Pandya (captain), Ishan Kishan (wicketkeeper), Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Tilak Verma, Nehal Wadhera, Tim David, Mohammad Nabi, Piyush Chawla, Gerald Coetzee, Jasprit Bumrah.

    Impact Player: Nuwan Thushara

Kolkata Knight Riders: Shreyas Iyer (captain), Phil Salt, Sunil Narine, Angkrish Raghuvanshi, Venkatesh Iyer, Rinku Singh, Andre Russell, Ramandeep Singh, Dushmantha Chameera/Mitchell Starc, Varun Chakravarthy, Vaibhav Arora.

    Impact Player: Anukul Roy/Suyyash Sharma
