Tesla Secures ₹40.17 Lakh Monthly Rent Deal for Gurugram Showroom

Tesla India is set to launch its third showroom, following its established presence in Delhi and Mumbai. This expansion is marked by a significant real estate deal in Gurugram. Tesla India Motor & Energy Private Limited has secured a lease for a commercial space at Orchid Business Park on Sohna Road. The lease covers approximately 51,000 square feet of super built-up area. The monthly rent for this space is ₹40.17 lakhs for the initial year of the nine-year lease. The area will serve as a service center, warehouse, and retail outlet. The lease, which started on July 15, 2025, involves a 33,475 square feet chargeable area leased from Garwal Property Private Limited. The lease agreement indicates an initial rent of ₹120 per square foot, with an annual increase of 4.75%, similar to Tesla’s recent Mumbai launch.
