Makes 4 dosas


2 cups readymade dosa batter

8 tsp melted butter for cooking

6 tsp schezwan sauce

1 cup grated processed cheese


1.) Warmth a non-stick tava (griddle), sprinkle slightly water and wipe it off gently utilizing a muslin fabric.

2.) Pour a ladleful of the batter on it and unfold it in a round movement to make a 175 mm. (7″) diameter
skinny circle.

3.) Smear little melted butter over it and alongside the perimeters and cook dinner on medium flame until the dosa turns
