Shobha Karandlaje, Minister of State for MSMEs, informed the Rajya Sabha: ‘Data from Udyam Registration Portal (URP) and Udyam Assist Platform indicates 3,07,42,621 registered women-led enterprises as of 28 February 2026.’
Pivotal is the collateral-free Credit Guarantee Scheme under CGTMSE. Financial institutions provide loans without mortgages or external guarantees, with women securing 90% coverage (vs. 75%) and 10% off on guarantee charges.
