Uike has written a letter to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai requesting him to cancel the contractual appointment instead of giving extension to the officer.

Former MLA Ramdayal Uike, in a letter to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, described DD Singh, who was working at the secretary level in the General Administration Department, as an officer with Congress mentality. He said that apart from trying for Congress ticket from Katghora assembly, he campaigned in favor of Congress candidate in his assembly constituency Pali Tanakhar, due to which BJP had to suffer loss in the assembly elections.

He said that all this is happening in the General Administration Department, which is responsible for important tasks like transfer of administrative staff, establishment of vacant posts, contractual appointment and giving guidance in matters like extension.
