Mahendra Rajput, President of Mantralaya Sangh, said that in the meeting of Chhattisgarh Employees Officers United Front, the employees and pensioners of the state had demanded to adjust the amount of DA and DA arrears in GPF accounts at par with the Center. At present, dearness allowance is 50% in the Center while in the state it is only 46%. He told that this promise was made in the election manifesto, but despite giving a memorandum to the Chief Minister, Finance Minister and Chief Secretary on July 31, 4 percent DA / DR has not been announced from January 1, 2024. This has increased the resentment among the employees.

  • Fraud in PM Awas Yojana! Withdrawal of money without construction, know the whole matter

Pradeep Gupta, Kawardha. A case of big fraud has come to light under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in Kawardha district of Chhattisgarh. Where the officials uploaded the pictures of the government building and withdrew the amount without constructing the house and now after the matter has come to light, the officials have started covering it up.

This entire matter is of Village Panchayat Lakhatola of Janpad Panchayat Sahaspur Lohara. Where in the year 2019, a house was sanctioned in the name of Binda Bai father Laxman and the first installment of Rs. 25 thousand was released and the beneficiary was ordered to build a house. But citing his loneliness, the beneficiary did not build a house in the village and migrated to his son-in-law’s village. Here, the responsible officer of the Janpad Panchayat uploaded the photo in a fake manner and deposited the entire amount of Rs. 1 lakh 30 thousand in the beneficiary’s bank account.

On the other hand, the Gram Panchayat opposed this and did not give permission to build a house in any other Panchayat. The Sarpanch’s husband says that the beneficiary has not built any house and has migrated to another Gram Panchayat and is living in her son-in-law’s house. The CEO was informed about this but the housing department officials arbitrarily released the amount to the beneficiary.

There is a provision to provide wages for 95 days under MNREGA scheme for the construction of the said house, regarding which the employment assistant of the Gram Panchayat said that the house was not constructed by the beneficiary at the approved place and information about it was also not given. Due to this, the muster roll was not issued. It is clear from this that the officers have connived with the beneficiary to withdraw the amount. Not only this, the block coordinator of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana uploaded the photo of the meeting hall built in the district panchayat premises instead of the beneficiary’s house and released the final amount.

Now in this entire case, District Panchayat CEO Sandeep Agarwal says that the female beneficiary had applied that no one lives in this village and she wants to build a house in her son-in-law’s village. Because her proposal was passed by the Gram Sabha. After which she has built a house there. He said that there is a provision that the beneficiary can get a house built anywhere in the village where he is eligible.

  • Amit Shah Visit CG: Amit Shah reached Raipur, will hold a meeting with CS and DGP of 7 states, strategy will be made on the elimination of Naxalites

Amit Shah Visit CG: Prateek Chauhan. Home Minister of the country Amit Shah has returned to Raipur after visiting Champaran Dham. Here, under the chairmanship of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, in an interstate coordination meeting with the Chief Secretaries and Directors General of Police of Chhattisgarh and 7 neighboring states, a concrete strategy will be prepared for the next four to six months.

There will also be a discussion on accelerating the development work in the meeting on security and development in the Naxal areas of Chhattisgarh from 2.30 pm. In both the meetings, a presentation will also be given by the Chhattisgarh government on the development work being done in the Naxal areas of the state and the anti-Naxal campaign.

Top Naxal leaders and military companies will now be the target

Experts say that the focus of the Central and Chhattisgarh governments is now on eliminating or weakening the remaining strength of the Naxalites in Bastar. Now the big leaders of the Naxalites and the military companies and battalions of the Maoists will be the target of the security forces. Because these groups are still active.

Preparations are on to complete this task through joint efforts of all the intelligence agencies of the central and state governments and security forces. It is worth mentioning that in the last few years, the police have achieved many successes against the Naxalites, but the expected success in arresting any member of their central committee or any big leader or in seizing a large quantity of their weapons has not been achieved.

Officials who have been observing the Naxalites for years believe that the real strength of the Maoists is their military companies, which consist of trained fighters armed with AK-47, INSAS and LMG looted from the forces. Two battalions of the Naxalites, considered to be powerful, are still active in the forests from Sukma, Bijapur to Narayanpur. Sources say that now the focus of the central government is on breaking the back of the Naxalites.
